Admission Procedure & Related Information

Dear Parent/s,
Thank you for considering Hill Spring International School’s Nursery Programme for your child/ward.
Please note that the Admission Procedure will be an on – going ONLINE PROCESS until acceptance/ decline of admission.
For every round that you complete/ qualify you will receive an email notification which will direct you further with reference links and guidelines.
Below stated is an overview of the Admission Procedure to Nursery Programme and related information

ADMISSION PROCEDURE TO THE NURSERY PROGRAMME

1) Registration - Online
You will be required to fill in the online Registration Form.
A payment of Rs. 5000 will be charged at the time of registration which is non-refundable.
On completion of the Registration Process you will receive:
• A Registration Receipt
• An Acknowledgement notification email with guidelines and related link to the ADMISSION APPLICATION FORM.

Please note Registration does not guarantee admission

2) Filling & Submission of the Admission Application Form – Online.

3) Admissions (ROUND 1/ROUND 2/ROUND 3) : Process will commence in October 2019

List of documents to be submitted on the day of ROUND 1
i) A COLOUR PRINTOUT OF THE ADMISSION APPLICATION FORM (filled online)
ii) SELF –ATTESTED PHOTOCOPIES OF:
a) BIRTH CERTIFICATE
b) PROGRESS REPORT OF SCHOOL LAST ATTENDED (If any)
iii) VISITING CARDS OF BOTH PARENTS

4) Admission Acceptance/ Admission Regret
(Admission confirmation/regret will be followed up by telephonic call as well)

5) Completion of Payment Procedure
(Admission formalities on confirmation of admission must be completed on the date scheduled, failing which the admission will be withdrawn)
