Thank you for considering Hill Spring International School’s IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) – Gr XI for your child/ward.
Please note that the Admission Procedure will be an on – going ONLINE PROCESS until acceptance/ decline of admission.
For every round that you complete/ qualify you will receive an email notification which will direct you further with reference links and guidelines.
Below stated is an overview of the Admission Procedure to Gr XI and related information.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE TO Gr XI
1) Registration - Online
You will be required to fill in the online Registration Form.
A payment of Rs. 6000 will be charged at the time of registration which is non-refundable. On completion of the Registration Process you will receive an
Acknowledgement notification email with a Registration Receipt, guidelines and related link to the ADMISSION APPLICATION FORM.
Please note:
i) Registration does not guarantee admission
ii) We have experienced that email addresses of hotmail.com, icloud.com and rediffmail.com are blocking the automated emails sent from our system.
Sometimes, private domains such as company provided email ID of parents, are also facing the same issue. Therefore kindly avoid using these email addresses.
Gmail is most recommended.
2) Filling & Submission of the Admission Application Form – Online.
3) Submission of Documents
List of documents to be submitted once the school re-opens (you will be notified by an email)
i) A COLOR PRINTOUT OF THE ADMISSION APPLICATION FORM (filled online)
ii) SELF –ATTESTED PHOTOCOPIES OF
a. BIRTH CERTIFICATE
b. CONSOLIDATED MARKSHEETS OF– GRADE 8 AND 9
iii) VISITING CARDS OF BOTH PARENTS
4) Virtual interaction with the parents and student
(Date, timings and the details for the interaction will be conveyed to you by an email.)
5) Admission Acceptance/ Admission Regret
(Admission confirmation/regret will be followed up by telephonic call as well)
6) Completion of Payment Procedure
(Admission formalities on confirmation of admission must be completed on the date scheduled, failing which the admission will be withdrawn)
